Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze financial data to prepare comprehensive reports and provide insightful recommendations.
- Review, verify, and authorize transactions and journal entries.
- Actively participate in the month-end close process.
- Assist in crafting month-end financial reports and annual budgets and forecasts for the Director of Finance.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team and Site Operations to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Contribute to the development of corporate assumptions for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the Senior Management Team to support decision-making.
- Summarize and report analysis findings to senior leadership.
- Engage in special projects as assigned.
- Aid in the preparation of corporate cash flow models.
- Process expense reports utilizing the Concur Solutions system, as necessary.
- Provide assistance to external auditors by compiling required account information and documents for annual and bank audits.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as delegated.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting role.
